BX1 Gym is located in the heart of Neutral Bay at 4/140 Military Road. It’s is a spectacular 500sqm space with state-of-the-art facilities (including a full-size boxing ring) two floors and generous 5.5m-high ceilings. Being located at street level, it won't be hard to spot!
Usually, a workout at BX1 lasts 60 minutes. However, there are also a few specific classes that last 45 minutes.
It might be advisable. Our instructors are hugely experienced. They will be able to gauge your ability very quickly and can adjust your session accordingly to maximize your experience.

No, that's not necessary. You can initially use our shareable PREPAID PACKS that remove the need for an ongoing commitment and give you the chance to “try us on” for size, to make sure BX1 suits you before diving into any commitment. Options are available for 5, 10, 20 or 50 visits.
For training at our club, you need boxing gloves and hand wraps (no exceptions). Also, headgear and mouthguard if you participate in sparrings. In case you are not sure what equipment to buy – we are glad to help you in choosing exactly what you need.
BX1 Gym is open to anybody who is willing to learn and work hard. It doesn't matter if you are just starting out in your quest for fitness or you are a seasoned athlete, BDC can provide challenging and specific training for you to achieve your goals.
Sparring is essentially 'Practice fighting' and is done in a controlled fashion. Sparring is used to practice the skills you have learned. Sparring is sometimes used to practice particular types of punches or defense movements. Sparring is not compulsory, it's only for advanced BX1 members and you won't be asked to do any exercises that you are not comfortable doing.

Yes. Everyone works at their own pace. You will be given help and guidance by the coaches.
