BOXFIT- Cardio & Conditioning
Get put through your paces on in a fun and engaging boxfit class! Cardio and conditioning mixes exercise and music and is tailored to pump you up. The class is built using interval training and focuses on a variety of motions to effectively train as you learn the foundations of boxing.
BOXERCISE - Strength and Tone
Get stronger, become toned and get a full workout all in one class. Controlled compound movements such as press-ups, sit-ups, medicine balls will have your muscles burning. Then tone up with shadowboxing, skipping ropes, boxing bags and pads to get your heart pumping!
MUAY THAI Skills
This class focuses on the ‘Art of 8 Limbs’ method which utilizes essential elements of kickboxing techniques. Start off with basic punches and kicks and move up to spinning elbows and flying knees! Improve balance, flexibility and co-ordination all while challenging yourself in a skills-based class.
KICKBOXING- Skills
Our kickboxing class covers essential elements of kickboxing techniques. Improve balance, flexibility and co-ordination all while challenging yourself in a skills-based class. A great opportunity to get fit while learning the basics of kickboxing. All skill levels welcome.
POWERLIFITNG
Group sessions with individualised training according to experience and needs. Squat, bench press and deadlifts along with supervised supplementary/accessory exercises. Fun, fulfilling, empowering! Taught by former elite state representative lifter and many years as a national Powerlifting Australia referee.
BOXING – Skills and Drills
Experience the essential and advanced elements of boxing techniques, allowing you to learn and hone your “skills” in a partnered-group environment. A technical class featuring dynamic movement, foot control and a variety of punching patterns. A fun and challenging workout for all levels.
BOXING – Sparring
Advanced Boxing, Ring Craft & Sparring. Sparring is a way of practicing the moves and techniques involved in a combat sport in a safe and controlled setting. A great opportunity to train and learn the finer points of sparring from Boxing Australia NSW level 2 coach, referee and judge Bill Temm.
BOOTCAMP
This class is all about hard work, sweat and tears! A tough hour long session focused on cardiovascular training using foundation boxing drills and bodyweight exercises. Aimed at all fitness levels - everyone works at their personal maximum effort, and everyone is sore at the end!
KARATE
Karate is a martial art form of self-defence, philosophy and physical conditioning with an emphasis on reflex development, timing, hand-eye coordination, balance and a sense of well-being.

Rapid Fit ™
Circuit Training Classes
Rapid Fit is an interval-based circuit training series focused on building the strength, explosiveness, muscular endurance and recovery required for a 12-round fight. Includes stations of heavy bags, double end bags, upper cut bags, suspension training, ring work and more.
Bags on Fire ™
Heavy Bag Classes
It’s an interval-based heavy bag boxing training series focused on teaching you authentic boxing combinations combined with bodyweight exercises to build the upper and lower body conditioning to fight for 12 rounds, 60 minutes. Includes heavy bags and floor mats. Wraps are needed and can be purchased in our Pro Shop. Gloves are needed and can be purchased or rented in our Pro Shop too.
Sparring Soldiers ™
Advanced Members Only, Technique Classes
It’s a technique drill-based training series focused on teaching you proper boxing technique, strategy and style. Sparring classes are taught by active boxing coaches, competitive amateur boxers and or pro boxers. Including but not limited to ring work, mitt-work, double end, speed, upper cut bags. Must be an advanced member to join. Wraps are needed and can be purchased in our BX1 Pro Shop. Gloves are needed and can be purchased or rented in our BX1 Pro Shop
