If head boxing coach Billy Temmn can’t teach you how to deliver a punch of professional standards, no one can. Billy’s been training top clients and celebrities since he retired from professional boxing. He’s one of those rare teachers that manages to pull off being incredibly strict and also making learning hilariously fun at the same time.
But for all the laughs, in your first session, you'll discover that boxing is a lot more complicated than it looks, and that the chances of actually sparring sometime in the foreseeable future are only in your hands and ambition. Another revelation will be that it’s not all just in the arms - boxing is an amazing full body workout, and you’ll definitely be feeling it in your legs the day after a session.

First thoughts?
Another day, another fitness boxing class that I’m going to feel super silly in. Especially because BX1 is a cool, sleek and undeniably Instagrammable gym that the exercise competent people of the world appear to go to play. Not one for cardio-phobic me... But okay! I’ll have a go at the fancy boxing ring this time. When the going gets tough, glove TF up and get in the RING! Am I right? A whole lotta sweat, a whole lotta ache :)
Was it fun though?
I find it very easy to describe it: SUPER FUN!! I legit enjoyed it more than I could ever imagined I’d enjoy fitness boxing. I was a bit sore and I moaned a bit too... but I did love it. The 'effort' was probably aided by the fact that the club is very pretty and there’s that cool Juice & Coffee bar :) So train insane or remain the same!
